Update spoke to SKY again today, and guess what. Account locked / blocked - Technical issues.
Applied for a PAC Code last November 21 and still not received one. Applied for my second SIM PAC Code and guess- blocked- technical issues, it need going to technical and backroom.
NOBODY AT SKY WILL TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE PROBLEM AND SIMPLY PASS MIT DOWN THE LINE TO Where I dont know, and I dont think SKY know. USELESS.
