I have been trying to cancel Sky movies for the last three months. I get connected to their off shore call centre in India, who either promise to cancel and refund or the bounce you around to different people in the call centre.
So far I have been over charged nearly £60.00 and awaiting refund.
I am waiting for my contract to come to an end and totally leave Sky.
