Approached by SKY to consider changing contract. Offered new contract at very attractive price which I agreed to take out.
Received follow up email that contradicted what offer was agreed. Constantly ringing sky to resurrect call as I felt operator had duped me. No one would take responsibility. In the end I lost my cool and insisted that they registered a complaint. This was eventually agreed by someone in cancellation dept. As a result I was on the phone for nearly 2 hours and still did not have a resolution until the following day. I was told that the offer I was quoted did NOT exist and that their investigation had revealed that their recording had been erased. Coincidentally!!!!! I was there in a position to pay a further £20. At NO time did SKY compensate me for the time I had lost or the hours of my telephoning calls. I was just passed from pillow to post. Not impressed at all with their customer service.
