I've been a SKY Tv and broadband VIP customer for 3 years. When I was desperately in help Today and called them as the bills were crazy high for me, I was shocked with the awful insensetive unhelpful approach of the cusgomer service who said You are stuck with us for the next 18 months and nothing I can do for you!
