Shocking customer service.
Been on hold 3 times now for over an hour each call.
Website sends me round in circles trying to sell me new stuff,no help to be had anywhere but quick enough to take my money every month after over 20 years of loyalty with them.
Avoid at all costs,I'm cancelling sky.
Anything is better than this charade.
