BT tried to poach me from Sky. They totally messed up and if Sky hadn't been there to 'pick up the pieces ' I would have been up the creek without a paddle.
BT were rubbish from start to finish and Sky were there reassuring me every step of the way. If you're thinking of joining Sky, don't hesitate, get on and do it; if you're thinking of leaving them think again very carefully. Customer care at Sky is second to none.
