I’ve unfortunately been a sky customer for 2 months now, and the amount of times I’ve managed to watch sky tv has still been 0.
Still calling daily to try and get this resolved, waiting for callbacks from yet another manager or another person promising to get it fixed and yet still no response, still no money back for paying for a service Im yet to receive.
Do yourselves a massive favour, never go with sky I for one will never advice someone to part with their hard earned money for such a poor company who can’t even do a simple task of sending out a working puck.
Go elsewhere.
