Our skybox has not been working since the first week of December, we were told that a technician would not be available until 6th January so we had to wait until then to address the problem. We waited all day and the technician never showed up, we called Sky who did the usual “we are sorry” and we were told that the next available technician would be coming on the 22nd January. 22nd today and no sign of the technician, in the meantime time Sky are still deducting our monthly bill. SKY IS USELESS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER ISSUES
