Sky don’t appear to be totally honest about their products. I’ve just had to renew and was told I could get a better speed for the same money and now all we get is a black screen when changing channel, more buffering . Try to talk to a person , that doesn’t exist. Put in s complaint by email and now get messages telling me they’ve tried to call and I’m not answering but I’ve no missed calls. What on earth is going on?
I have to be with Sky as we are in a bad reception area, tried other companies and it’s even worse.
I would just love to talk to a human !!
