Gone from being one of the best
TV/broadband supplier's to probably the worst. Been with them for 24years. Started new contract in October 24th for two years costing £46 pm,with the understanding it would increase in April (fair enough) March came bill increased to £51 then in April to £69. Many phone calls later they reduced it to £58. Six different discounts applied to my account all expiring on different dates. How can this be. Will be leaving asap.
