I wanted to add sports to my package. What a saga! The virtual assistant is totally useless- worst I have ever come across. Then called the call centre. Took 2 hours. Passed from one dept to another. Unbelievable! The worst customer journey ever- my experience should be a case study on how not to deal with longstanding (25 years) customers.
The products are very expensive and all can be obtained elsewhere more cheaply.
As a result of my experience I am moving away from Sky. I can’t cope with another experience like this and I can’t imagine they will stay in business.
AVOID at all costs.
