I’m a long term customer and have had mixed experiences.
Over the past few months I’ve experienced problems with emails leading to calls for assistance. Twice promised return call but none received. Recently my emails disappear and incoming mail arrives in my deleted box. Today’s call lasted 2hrs 24mins without resolution with a return call promised for this afternoon. Yes, you’ve guessed it, no call received. Inexcusable service.
