hame I can’t give zero stars. Impossible to contact. They will waste your time waiting. 45 minutes waiting to get through to the “Customer Priority Team” (there’s an oxymoron in that Title) Then spent nearly 3 hours with two different operators on the WhatsApp conversation. They deal with multiple enquiries at the same time and then when I was “transferred to another team member” I waited one hour and 10 minutes before that came on line The complaint was that they offered a Sky Reward to Sky Diamond Plus customers of one months free Sky Sports but there was no link behind the offer. When I pushed this I wasted about 2 hours getting a response which said that I wasn’t eligible as the offer was only available to Sky Q customers (I am Sky Glass) A completely misleading offer which led to hours of wasted time for me.
