Shambolic service-just left a review on TrustPilot. My internet is down since yesterday, I restarted my router million times, unplugged the cables-no issues in my area. Now I’m sitting here without internet-no chat line or helpline over the phone available. You can’t just leave your customers without help just because of COVID. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with-like ever.
