Customer service at it's best. Please pass on my thanks to Nathan (NRU03) Line was dead on my landline. He ran the check, which took 30 mins or so, was extremely professional and great to chat with during the check. External fault detected & engineer booked.
Technology breaks and I'm very pleased that Nathan was on the line to help fix it.
