I had exactly the same experience as everyone else has reported. Mine was in 2020. I waited 5 months and still had no yarn. Fortunately I had paid by PayPal who refunded my money. Not only did the business ignore my emails but they ignored mails from PayPal too. There's at least one other company in the UK selling similar yarns but with excellent customer service so look around folks.
