“I had exactly the same experience as everyone else has reported. Mine was in 2020. I waited 5 months and still had no yarn. Fortunately I had paid by PayPal who refunded my money. Not only did the business ignore my emails but they ignored mails from PayPal too. There's at least one other company in the UK selling similar yarns but with excellent customer service so look around folks.”
“Placed an Order April 2nd, still had not received a shipping notification by July 2nd - emailed numerous times with no answer. Contacted PayPal to dispute since at this point this is clearly a scam as there is no yarn and no replies. The day after I contact paypal I get a notification that my yarn has shipped (wow what a coincidence!) I email asking for a tracking number and get no response. 6 weeks later and my yarn has still not arrived. Scam. Paypal was very good about refunding my money with all the evidence of no response, no tracking number, and still no delivery.
