App price agreed was disputed by driver who then decided it was OK to keep us sat in taxi whilst he disputed the fee with his office then when asked to just take us home thought the best response was to tell us to get out of his car!!
Called the office to complain and after waiting 15 minutes to talk to his controller Anna, she thought the best way to deal with this complaint was to accuse the customer of having a drink and to END the call.
Reality check!, all customers who decide to not break the law and call a taxi are not so drunk that they can be considered irrelevant.
I sincerely hope skyline values regular customers enough to make contact and resolve this issue.
Ultimately, if they don't, there are enough other taxi firms that I can happily delete my skyline app for future use.
Let's see what happens....
