I was naive enough to trust this Platform with my hard-earned savings. In just a month, I lost $535,000. Their lack of support and professionalism were shocking. It was a devastating experience. Rude attitude towards the customer, miscommunication between the taxi drivers and operators. Booked taxi to collect me and my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel dog from the groomers at Midlands Road Wellingborough. Asked for pets friendly driver , explained that I have a blanket and dog seat belt with me. Driver arrived, parked on the opposite side of the busy road, shouted- " did you told about the dog? " . I confirmed- "yes" . Then he just shouted at me something ( couldn't hear properly due to the traffic noise) and just drove off! I understand that not everyone dos like the dogs or have allergy issues. But that's not the right way on how to treat the customers! That's the miscommunication between the drivers and the operators. We were left standing at the busy road, had to walk to the quieter road and book the taxi again. The cab number is KV69XJ black Toyota. Bad customer service.

Prebooked a 8-seater mini bus - the driver got 'lost' and failed to arrive so cancelled and had to make alternative arrangements. Charged cancellation fee. The precooked 8-seater failed to show for the return journey and after a 30min wait we were forced to make alternative arrangements - this time charged for the full fare. Very poor - would not recommend

Taxi arrived on time to take me to the airport. Complimentary bottles of water available. Lovely driver, we had a good chat on the way. Hope he is my driver on my homeward journey. Abdul Kayum Driver 2035

Would love to give this absolute joke of a Company 0 stars. I work for a pub in Bletchley that have had a special box fitted to press for a taxi and they just turn up, never had a problem with this untill tonight. Pressed the button for one of our regulars and one of our members of staff took him out the taxi where she was greated by a HORRIBLE GUY that was asking why you bringing him out? What's wrong with him???? Nothing is wrong with him he is an 82 year old man who is unsteady on his feet! He kept arguing with her then walked off then literally drove off and left a 82 YEAR OLD stranded with no ride home. When we called to complain the operator couldn't understand how a button works and persisted to tell our staff that we were lying and it was done on the app (bearing in mind SKYLINE INSTALLED THE BUTTON) if skyline don't understand how a button works how on earth they manage to operate a car is beond me. Skyline you are an absolute disgrace and you should be shut down. Your down right rude, disrespectful to your customers and you don't care at all!!! Your reviews says it all really. Does us all a favour and close the business your utterly useless! Never using your button again!

APPALLING I booked the night before on the app. In the morning I cancelled it, gave ample time. I was charged. Called the the lady said i would get my refund within 24 hours, which i did not get. Called again lady was rude, having to repeat to her several times, the time i booked, time i cancelled. She said it would have to be looked into,as if i was lieing. I said to her why on earth would i lie, i know she could see it was cancelled. Still have not recieved my refund. Absolutely discuiting, wont be using sky line again. Didn't even want to give one star.

I booked by phone acar for 10 luggage to the airport i dont know how he heared 7 luggage and send acar fit 5 luggages to solve this problem they said they will send another car but they late It was v bad service

We returned to Luton Airport from a short holiday to find our taxi had let us down and was not there to collect us. SHAMIM was ready to drive home as he had finished work and we approached him to ask if he would help us out and take us home to Bushey. What a gentleman and on his birthday. Thank you Shamim and we will not forget his kindness to us; he ‘phoned in to book the job and drive us safely home. Thank you Shamim. Peter R

Booked a taxi for 3.50pm and I get a notification saying the taxi is 5mins away at 3.05pm so I ring them and tell them I'm in work till then so they reschedule it for said time, 3.40pm I get a notification saying my taxi will be there in 30mins which would make me over 15mins late for my appointment so I had to cancel the taxi which is a cancellation fee of £3 only to open my email and see them take £3.70 won't ever use again or reccomend

Not really worth 1 star but that's the lowest you can leave , honestly if you can do not use thus company shocking leave us stranded with 2 young children at midnight in the middle of the night total area holes

Have been charged twice for a taxi that was taken on Saturday night/Sunday morning. Despite assurances my money would be refunded it hasn't been put back in my account and now I'm having to chase and argue with their accounts department. I have deleted their app and won't use this company again.

I boooked a taxi today at 7.05 for 7.50 am and the taxi kept getting delayed, when it was 8.02am I got a notification to say it was going to be 5 mins late again of which at this point I was left with no choice but to cancel it and use an alternative, I was 15 minutes late for work which is not good but the most upsetting part is I was still charged 3.70, I know it doesn’t sound much but considering that your company failed me and delayed me then charged me it’s UNACCEPTABLE of which I want my money back .

IF I COULD DO ZERO STARS - DISGUSTING!! I reported your driver MALIK PLATE SNC177 to the Police for false imprisonment as he would not let my brother out of the taxi!! I will be reporting you to Milton Keynes Council Taxi Licensing as you shouldn’t be allowed to operate I’ll also be writing to the MP for MILTON KEYNES I will NEVER use you again

Skyline igives a very very POOR service. I booked a taxi to Bletchley. I told tge driver that I have an accountvwith Skykine but it was showing cash on my phone. I said please let me get money from an ATM machine before we get to ky destination. Instead this Ethopian driver got me to ky destination an then when I vould not use my credit card because there was no internet, he drove me anothrrb2 mikes to get money. The journey that was stated as £10 now cost me £14 . What a day time fraud. Please do not use this company. It stinks

I had a bad experience with skyline. I would have given no star at all if allowed. Skyline is non deserving of the one star minimum imposed. I prebooked a taxi a day before my flight from heathrow airport for 6 a.m. No one showed up. I had to get my hotel to make another booking that morning. Consequently, I almost missed my flight. I was the last person to board the plane. The customer service employees needs some extensive trainings on how to talk to customers. The one that took my call was borderline rude.

Hi, To say that I'm" not satisfied "with your service is to say nothing. I prebooked a taxi for 5:50a.m in the evening. I suppose to go to work to Luton town from the coachway milton keynes. I was ready at 5:45a.m, standing outside and waiting for the taxi. At 5: 55 I start calling the skyline and asking where is my taxi. Bus to Luton at 6:25. a.m. Someone, who response my call has said that they couldn't find a taxi. I understood that they no gonna make it. It takes 15 minutes to drive from my home address to the coachway. Then after 15 minutes they said that the driver was calling me, which is a lie. I was with my phone, constantly checking the time. What I have now? I missed my coach, I couldn't get to work, I lost a working day and I paid £29 for national express bus. Someone on the phone was trying to explain that I don't have priority. And what this priority means ? This was "prebooking" taxi since 10p.m till 5a.m you couldn't find a taxi? This wasn't last minute call at all. The system is completely wrong and against their customers needs. At list send an email or phone call that you have no taxi for me and do it before my booking time!!! instead of customer standing outside on time ,awaiting for the car, message or whatever. Very dissatisfied with this service and experience. Customer.
