Ordered taxi got charged 2 pounds extra so I called to query this and operator said from Friday to Sunday is 2; pounds extra I asked why customers where not notified of this and she replied because we haven't notified any customers I replied do you not think customers have the right to know and all she could say was I can forward you to another controller. So customers beware it's 5.50 when you get in a taxi instead of the normal 3.50.how disgusting can't even let their customers know

Lucky to have given it 1 star. Shame can’t give it minus. Absolutely terrible - pre booked taxi and was extremely late. When asked to be put through to manager - the manager refused to speak to me. Was then told our return taxi would be on time but same thing happened and over 30mins late. Totally useless. Will not be using this company again!

Appalling . Booked a cab 4 hours before I needed it to get to work. I know it was a Saturday night. Assigned a taxi then changed it because they had a better offer. Inferior service from an inferior taxi company.

Absolutely discusting service. Today skyline lost a long term customer. I ordered a taxi for my disabled mother and her medium dog today and am told by skyline that they are happy to take dogs and it’s not a problem. The taxi driver arrives opens the window and says I don’t take dogs then starts to drive off before we can speak. I call the company back up and I am transferred to a person who apologises and says she will get another taxi sent and will make sure the driver is aware we have a dog. The second driver arrives again opens the window and says I don’t take dogs and drives off before we can even open our mouths to respond. I call again and am passed through to this extremely rude woman who firstly does not apologise and is not empathetic in anyway, I proceed to tell them what we have just gone through and mention my mother’s disabled and has just had to walk out the house and down the yard twice. She laughs and says ‘what has your mothers disability got to do with anything’ and then proceeds to laugh when we ask for a discounted trip and advises, while laughing over the phone that we will need to pay full price and it’s not the company’s fault that the taxi drivers do not read their notes. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, if anyone in my workplace acted anywhere near how these two taxi drivers and women acted they would have been fired for gross misconduct. Probably not going to be the case with skyline. Never again shall I order from them and I recommend you don’t waste your time as it seems near on all of them have a rude and disgusting attitude.

Everything is wrong here , dirty cars, drivers who are not familiar with roads / destination. No sat nav in a lot of cases. Poor comprehension/ communication skills. Lack of care or concern in the office etc etc.

Terrible! No customer service, leave you sat on hold with very poor communication. I booked the night before and they still couldn't get it right!

Most times having trouble getting a wheelchair taxi then i found skyline and since then no problem and always early with helpful drivers.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Awful service. Driver called to say he had arrived, clearly hadn’t, I directed where he should be and waited….nothing turned up for 5-10 mins, Called driver, with just responses of ‘grunts’ and hung up. Called operator, who Said driver was there, again I explained…he wasn’t and again gave instructions to where we were (even though he had apparently just picked up from the exact same place 🙃…hmmm doubtful)! So from the time the driver told me he was here to collect (plus many phone calls to the driver ad the operator) after 25minutes we finally got in the car!! In total the car was 45minutes late! Awful service!!!!

Have been using skyline for a number of years and to be honest have never been disappointed until this evening. Booked a taxi to take me home from work. Was waiting outside the office before the time it was booked for and before it arrived. The driver was really rude, stated he had called me 3 times...why? Tried to explain that I can't have my phone on at work. He wasn't interested, then drove like Louis Hamilton at Silverstone. So not impressed. Think it's tiime to change the taxi company I use a minimum of 5 times a week, if not more

used skyline 3 times in one day. every cab on time, great people, didn't take the long way round. will use them time and again. found a keeper.

Needed to take my sick dog to vets and my preferred cab company refused even when I begged. I called skyline and they sent a very helpful driver who even carried my dog into the vets for me.. nothing was a trouble for this driver.

Excellent service from bedford to heathrow with a very nice driver called Ali & the pick up was perfect driver waiting at the airport most definitely recommended.

I been using this company for years and never have left an review and came a cross this site of which will leave a review as it’s seems competitors are leaving false reviews so here to debunk them Firstly there is no way that once booked on app it would just disappear unless user cancels him self Second you don’t get charge for the journey until the end third what kind of person waits for a taxi for two hours and again it can’t be prepaid as you are charged at the end this comment refers to last three negative reviews. Skyline are the most reliable and efficient company in the area and if I ever had problems the customer service has been absolutely professional and satisfying.
