“Needed to take my sick dog to vets and my preferred cab company refused even when I begged. I called skyline and they sent a very helpful driver who even carried my dog into the vets for me.. nothing was a trouble for this driver.”

Firstly there is no way that once booked on app it would just disappear unless user cancels him self
Second you don’t get charge for the journey until the end third what kind of person waits for a taxi for two hours and again it can’t be prepaid as you are charged at the end this comment refers to last three negative reviews.
Skyline are the most reliable and efficient company in the area and if I ever had problems the customer service has been absolutely professional and satisfying.”
“Saturday sent a car with no markings and no license plate.
Was it licensed ?
Booked a car Friday on the app to take me this morning for my train. But the app lost the booking.
Called and told there’s be a car with me in 10 minutes.. 15 minutes later the driver calls to say he’s 15 minutes away.
All in all, consistently terrible service and certainly not getting any further custom from me. Utterly amethyst.”
“App price agreed was disputed by driver who then decided it was OK to keep us sat in taxi whilst he disputed the fee with his office then when asked to just take us home thought the best response was to tell us to get out of his car!!
Called the office to complain and after waiting 15 minutes to talk to his controller Anna, she thought the best way to deal with this complaint was to accuse the customer of having a drink and to END the call.
Reality check!, all customers who decide to not break the law and call a taxi are not so drunk that they can be considered irrelevant.
I sincerely hope skyline values regular customers enough to make contact and resolve this issue.
Ultimately, if they don't, there are enough other taxi firms that I can happily delete my skyline app for future use.

“At 8:15pm July 3rd 2021 a taxi driver tried to drive me somewhere I dont even know. He then locked me in the car and demanding that i pay double.
He tried to kidnap me.
The company is a fraud, they kept saying money didnt go through but money 100% went through because the dumb skyline app gives you receipts.”
