Appalling. Despite booking in advance taxi was a no show and only despatched when chased 30 minutes late from Milton Keynes which is at least a further 30 mins away leaving 6 people freezing cold for nearly an hour.
Appalling. Customer service non existent, simply transfer you to a number that rings out or to the driver who's not at fault.
