Stayed in Milton Keynes for a concert that finished at the stadium at 2300. Rang a taxi from for the IKEA at 2305. They told us an hour wait which we were okay with as it was busy etc. An hour later still no text so we tried to call and no one would answer. 2 hours we waited unable to get through to them or get a dispatch text. Ended up having to book an uber at £45 for a £15 journey. 3.5 hours after we initially booked the taxi we got a dispatch text. AWFUL leaving 2 young women alone at that time in an unknown place and not to even answer the phone. Others I met also waiting had been able to get through, and were told drivers were refusing to pick anyone up from this area. Its lucky that everyone managed to stay safe.
