Prebooked a 8-seater mini bus - the driver got 'lost' and failed to arrive so cancelled and had to make alternative arrangements. Charged cancellation fee.
The precooked 8-seater failed to show for the return journey and after a 30min wait we were forced to make alternative arrangements - this time charged for the full fare.
Very poor - would not recommend
