I ordered a pair of trainers in size 4 UK, and they arrived super quickly. The shipping order said they were sending the wrong size (5 UK), which was just a misprint and I received the correct size. When I contacted customer services via email to enquire about the misprint, prior to receiving the shoes, they were super quick and responsive in giving support.
