“Do not order from England. Massive shipping fees and import costs. Ordered a £200 jacket and was charged £20 shipping then got a message from dhl requesting £80 for import costs. They say they let you know on their site buts it’s not clear enough especially if using a mobile device with a smaller screen. You’ve also got no chance of a return if the item isn’t right. STEER CLEAR OUTSIDE OF ITALY.”

“Arnaque : j'ai payé 220 $ pour les baskets Air Max Plus Pure Platinum, dont 40 $ pour l'expédition DHL Express. J'ai reçu apres un message de DHL me demandant de payer 82,65 $ supplémentaires pour les droits d'importation et les frais de dédouanement au CANADA. Ils doivent mentionner ces frais au moment du paiement”

“Their selection, prices and quick shipping are amazing. However, should you ever need to return from within EU, be prepared to take a huge hit with shipping fees. I'd have been better off keeping shoes that didn't fit. So, EU buyers beware!”

“Absolutely brutal "do not buy anything from this Company. I started an order and their system re-directed to the "Canadian Site" so I thought and ordered a pair of $46 runners on sale which indicated $30 shipping and no other fees or charges. After order had shipped got a call from Fedex wanting another $34 in brokerage/importing fees and also discovered I was charged in USD for everything. I refused to pay and returned to sender and so far only have a credit for $19.00 Everything is misleading and dishonest. You have to dig through their site to find out you are paying in USD and importing fees. RIPOFF”

“I ordered a pair of trainers in size 4 UK, and they arrived super quickly. The shipping order said they were sending the wrong size (5 UK), which was just a misprint and I received the correct size. When I contacted customer services via email to enquire about the misprint, prior to receiving the shoes, they were super quick and responsive in giving support.”

“I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. My order came in 3 days and was exactly as described. I ordered Nike trail running shoes in a color that was only available in Europe. 3 days to get to USA from Italy is pretty impressive. I would buy from them again.”

“Please think twice before placing an order with this company. First of all the quality of their merchandise is very poor for their price. They charge a shipping fee that’s unrealistic. They don’t give you an option to print out a return label and don’t provide one with your purchase. Think twice before purchasing anything and by the way customer service is limited and only through emails which makes it about them not the customer”

“I placed an order on 26th December 2018, today is the 5th January 2019 and they still have not shipped the order yet. During the past 10 days all my emails and Facebook messages were ignored. These guys are a joke, don't but from them.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Placed my order since 24th November 2018 for a pair of shoes and was send wrongly. Parcel was received on 3rd decemeber after paying EURO 30 for international shipping. Customer service erika didnt respond to my problems and instead was telling me that the emails which i send have gone "missing" . Till now there's still no respond on my shoes.”
