Order shipped extremely late missed hair appointment and could not use hair once it arrived. Try to talk to customer service for help but the owner gave attitude every time I would try to talk to him on the phone. he kept telling me to call back which was nearly impossible being that business hours are only from 11 AM to 4 PM, eventually he told me to text him and I found it very unprofessional. Issue was never solved. Dissatisfied customer will not be shopping with company again.
