I purchased three 16in bundles to be made into clip-ins and received 3 bundles, not clip-ins. I contacted the company by email using the contact information on the website and never received a response. I made my purchase in august to be used late that month as a birthday gift to myself and was irritated that I had to find something else to do with my hair. The deal was great but the service was poor and their mistake was never corrected. If you're looking for clip-ins, beware and just look elsewhere or make your own.
