Paid about £30 for delivery charges only to be faced with and unexpect charge when the hair arrived in the country of £61 for customs. There was no information on this anywhere on the website due to this the package was sent back to the sender. I emailed numerous time requesting. For my refund because I DID NOT receive my order no response from October 2016 it's not January 2017 and still no email or refund no nothing and I've contacted them numerous times £250+ lost and gone down the drain. Wouldn't recommend this company personally.
