I had no issues with purchasing the hair ; HOWEVER when I was not satisfied with the quality of the hair and reached out to customer service I had a horrible experience. Their customer service was terrible, after initially reaching out someone responded to me. It was following my second email / third / fourth email that I did no get ANY response about a possible solution to my issue with the hair quailty. While this hair is very cheap, there is most certainly a reason why . I would never purchase this cheap hair AGAIN. Save your money and purchase someone quality hair. It's not worth it . They show the same 8 pictures on IG. Overall my experience with Slay Queen Hair was bad. I would NOT purchase nor recommend purchasing this hair to anyone .
