I have never spoken to anyone but the quality of the hair was very very horrible! I was only able to get one wear out of it! The hair was very harsh hair, tangled, And even after I wash it an condition the hair, still came out harsh an tangled! I will never buy from this company again.. But I do wish the company well thank you
