I loved my hair. It came fast the customer service was great!!! I think they should use more of there customers photos on the Instagram and Facebook page I think it would be a good tool for bringing in more customers. People want to see what the normal people look like with the hair you guys sell not always professional installations and professional makeup and styles. Love queen Slay hair
