My shipment was delayed because of the holiday that was not the problem ... when I called in to follow up the man who answered the phone was very very harsh very rude not good customer service ... then when I installed the hair the hair was supposed to be different lengths all came in one length and I had to pay someone to cut it ... will not be back hair was not good quality at all
