Placed two orders online for 3 bundles each of Burmese * curly hair because theY were on a deal for the right price. That hair came fine. But I also placed an order for a Burmese frontal and they sent me a different curl pattern than Burmese. Some tighter curl that I was not expecting to receive nor did it match with rest of my hair. I didn't notice until after I washed it but wasn't happy because all sales are final. So I didn't return hair; LUCKILY I had a wonderful hair dresser who knew what she was doing and she resolved my problem with her expertise.
