Prior to ordering the hair I asked whether or not they offered express shipping, they assured me that it was an option but required an additional fee. Therefore I ordered the hair and scheduled an appointment to have it installed the day after the hair would arrive. The day came and no hair, I contacted them many times and when I finally got in contact with them they apologized and ultimately offered 3 bundles for free due to the inconvenience they caused. All in all I never received the free bundles, I lost the deposit I made with the stylist due to not having the hair in time, and anytime I contacted them about the hair no response.
