The shipping took a week longer than expected, the customer service line does not work, it took 3 attempts to get any response back via social media and once the hair arrived it was horrible! It has a distinct odor and began matting after one day. I only wore the hair for less than 2 weeks and took it out because of how badly it shed and all the tangles. Save yourselves the time and the money and avoid purchasing hair from this company.
