The hair I paid for was Brazilian straight, when my hair stylist installed it she automatically told me this hair isn't the top of the line. It goes bone straight but doesn't stay after a hour or two the hair would have dents in it, between my shoulder and neck it would curve and the ends look terrible. I took it out two weeks later and called customer service and told the person the issue and they weren't helpful at all. I will not be purchasing hair from here ever again.
