I ordered a 16 inch frontal and received a 11-12 inch frontal. Overall the hair is great but me as a consumer I feel cheated. I called SlayQueen to have the issue resolved but instead of fixing the issue they belittled and insulted my knowledge of hair. I ordered 3 accompanying bundles 22 inches being the shortest length. Between that and the frontal that is about a 10 inch difference. I have no intentions of cutting the hair to match the frontal, I ordered long hair because I want long hair. I hope through this survey SlayQueen can better improve their practices instead of cheating customers out of their money.
