I am very unsatisfied with my purchase from Slay Queen Hair. Horrible customer service, no one answers the phone calls ever, after repeated messages on Instagram I was finally able to communicate with someone. My order was shipped late, 5 days after date of purchase even tho I confirmed the hair was in stock and that I needed the hair within a 7 day window. I had to call them to follow up because no one contacted me regarding shipment confirmation. The bundles are fake and not full to the ends, especially the long lengths. Quality of the straight hair is really bad, hair puffs up soon after flat ironing. I regret my purchase 100% and will advise as many unsuspecting shoppers to stay far away from this scam of a company.
