I ordered 3 bundles of the Burmese Exotic curly and i also paid for a clip-in service that was listed. When my bundles arrived they didn't have the clips attached and i was later told that that was because that service wasn't available. If the service was not available then it shouldn't have been listed on the website and i shouldn't have been charged for it. I told one of the representatives about the problem and he offered me a coupon/discount to use on the website, which i never received!
