The communication was poor. I was expecting the item to be shipped within 3 days. Instead my order was placed December 17 and I did not have confirmation that the order was being shipped until after December 26. The quality of the hair appears to be very good ( I haven't worn it as yet). The price point was very good and I would probably;y order again. I'm going to assume the issue was with shipping during the holiday season. Maybe next time I will order on an ordinary week and see what happens. The worst part was contacting the office during the business hours via phone only to continually get a recording asking me to contact the office during business hours. That was poor.
