Do not, do not, absolutely do not purchase hair from this company. This review will more than likely be deleted or not published, as when I attempted to express my concerns via Instagram my comments were deleted. I ordered hair from this company on January 3, 2017 and was send an email on January 8, 2017 saying that my order had been shipped. Hate to say it, but today is January 19, 2017 and I still have not received my $200+ order. I called the phone number listed on the Instagram page (Not the one on the website because an automated message picks up even when you call during weekly business hours), and was told by a representative that the shipping system was down but that I would recieve my order on Wednesday (January 18, 2016). To my surprise I still not did not hear back from this company and attempted vigorously to reach out to anybody who could talk to me. After expressing my concerns via Instagram (Because not one of my attempted 10 phone calls were picked up), I was told the company had no control over the delivery, or what I was told by the last representative. There was no apology, no ownership, no plausible solutions suggested. Terrible, terrible customer service. I am seeking a full refund from this company, in that they don't deserve any of my service. I truly hope this is not a Black-owned business.
