My first order was fantastic. The hair was great. It was easy to dye, held its curl but it did shed a little. That was an easy fix. My problem with Slay Queen happened when I placed my second order. They cancelled my order because they had the wrong price up. Instead of letting me order the way the price way listed for over a month on their website then fixing it after. They tried to charge me 100$ more for something that was their problem. Customer service needs help. They were very rude and did nothing to help a problem they caused.
