The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. All they do is lie repeatedly and tell u what u may want to hear without acting on. So unprofessional. Will argue with u and all. 16.00 for shipping and still takes 2 weeks to get hair. I couldn't even have my hair done for my bday cause it was beyond past due. She lied and said they would send it express mail the next day. Yet another lie. Never again
