the website was easy to use, my payment went through fine. but the customer service is HORRIBLE. after about 3-4 days of purchasing my hair i tried to contact someone about tracking my package. No response. after 5 days of purchasing my hair i tried to contact someone again. no response. finally 6 days after the purchase i received my hair. i purchased 3 bundles of the peruvian body wave, when i first felt the hair, it didnt feel as soft/silky as other hair that ive purchased but i still tried it out any way. i am now about two weeks into my sew in and the shedding is so crazy, & its getting tangled. i am very disappointed. will not be purchasing again. (yes, i washed the hair before my install)
