Hair was beautiful in pics and when it arrived! The very next day after installing, it diligently tangles horribly! ,frizzy&puffy! So many strands&strands comes out all day everyday. It only looks presentable when wet. I am so disappointed to have to order new hair within 1week! . It's just as bad as synthetic!!! Will be posting pics soon
