They never replied to my questions about location. Never got a tracking number. When the hair came back it felt cheap and synthetic... so I’m not sure if this is 100% real virgin Brazilian hair ... because my last order was a lot more thicker, didn’t feel like plastic and the order came within two weeks of ordering online.
