I paid for 1-2 days shipping and my package came a week late. Once my package arrived one of my bundles was missing. I contacted Slay Hair and the guy apologized and gave me a refund for the express shipping. He told me that he was going to overnight my missin bundle and I have yet to receive. This was Nov 17th and we are about to go into the new year. I've sent emails and still haven't heard back from them. I would never order from them again nor recommend them to my friends because of the experience. Good hair but horrible customer service.
