Horrible customer service! I received an email on 9/16 asking if I had received my package yet. Of course I had not. Every since I have been trying to get in contact with the company about canceling my order and finally heard from them on 9/21 saying that the could not cancel my order because they are waiting on the courier to pick up the package. We had a back and forth and all the messages were deleted but luckily I tool screenshots. Messaged them this morning and the are still saying that they are waiting on the courier to pick up the package. I will be filing a dispute. Horrible customer service.
