I ordered a bed from this company. The driver was 3 hours late and he even did not apologised. The driver left the bed almost outside. I live on the second floor and he refused to leave the bed outside my door. He rang me telling me to go outside and I said to him I do not live outside. He basically wanted me to collect the bed outside. He left the bed downstairs in the communal area. I said to him: “how am I supposed to carry this upstairs? I am a woman”. The driver did not care at all about this. He told me he was awake since 4am and he went to Manchester. This is not my problem. He said he was busy and that his job is only to drive, not to deliver. Also his English is bad and he was not wearing a face mask. This company is much worst than a disgrace. You need to teach to your drivers manners and to speak and understand English. Also you need to give to them PPE with this virus in circulation. You are a RUBBISH company and I will NEVER, NEVER buy again from you
